Steps in our process

1. Contact and demand assessment - Contact us by phone or email and share your ideas and plans with us! During a short consultation, we will clarify your needs, materials and expected quantity.

2. Quotation preparation- Based on your needs, our experts will prepare a personalized quotation, which includes expected costs and deadlines.

3. Design and technical consultation- If necessary, we will help you create and optimize your 3D model or design for printing. We will coordinate all technical details for efficient production.

4. Production- Based on the approved design, we start 3D printing using the selected material and technology. We continuously control the quality during production.

5. Quality control and post-processing- We inspect the finished parts and, if necessary, perform post-processing (e.g. sanding, painting) to ensure that the final result meets expectations.

6. Delivery and Handover- We deliver or handover the finished products to our customers at the agreed time.

7. Customer Support- We are available after delivery to answer your questions and help with any follow-up needs.
